I. GENERAL PROVISIONS
The roomgaga.pl website operates on the principles set out in these Regulations. The Regulations specify the types and scope of services provided electronically by the site roomgaga.pl, the rules for the provision of these services, the conditions for concluding and terminating contracts for the provision of services electronically, as well as the complaint procedure. Each Recipient shall be obliged to comply with the provisions of these Regulations when taking action to use the Electronic Services of roomgaga.pl website.
In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means shall apply. (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204 as amended),
Act on Consumer Rights of 30 May 2014. (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827), the Civil Code Act of 23 April 1964. (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93 as amended) and other relevant provisions of Polish law.
II. DEFINITIONS

The Service Recipients contact the Service Provider directly.
REGULATIONS – these Regulations of the Parties.

SERVICE HOLDER – a natural person, legal entity or organizational unit without legal personality, to which the Act grants legal capacity using the Electronic Service.
ELECTRONIC SERVICE – a service provided electronically by the Service Provider to the Customer through the Site.
III. TYPE AND SCOPE OF ELECTRONIC SERVICES
The Service Provider enables the use of Electronic Services via the Website, such as:

The provision of Electronic Services to the Customers takes place on the terms
specified in the Regulations.
IV. CONDITIONS FOR THE PROVISION AND CONCLUSION OF CONTRACTS FOR ELECTRONIC SERVICES
The provision of Electronic Services referred to in Chapter III, point B. 1 of the Regulations by the Service Provider is free of charge.
The period for which the agreement is concluded:
The agreement for the provision of an Electronic Service consisting in enabling the sending of a message via the Contact Form shall be concluded for a fixed period of time and shall be terminated as soon as the message is sent or ceases to be sent by the Service Recipient.
Technical requirements necessary for cooperation with the ICT system used by the Service Provider:
computer with access to the Internet,
access to e-mail, web browser,
enabling Cookies and Javascript in your web browser.
The Customer is obliged to use the Site in a manner consistent with the law and good morals with respect to personal rights and rights
intellectual property of third parties.
The Service Recipient is obliged to enter data in accordance with the actual state of affairs.
The recipient is prohibited from providing illegal content.
V. COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
Complaints related to the provision of Electronic Services by the Service Provider: Complaints related to the provision of Electronic Services through the Website
The recipient may submit by e-mail to: shop@roomgaga.pl.
In the above e-mail, as much information and circumstances concerning the subject of the complaint as possible should be provided, in particular the type and date of the irregularity and contact details. The information provided will significantly facilitate and speed up the processing of the complaint by the Service Provider.
The Service Provider shall consider the complaint immediately, no later than within 14 days.
The Service Provider’s response to the complaint shall be sent to the Client’s e-mail address given in the complaint form or in any other way provided by the Client.
Withdrawal clause:
“Return of goods. According to the Act of 2 March 2000 “on the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by dangerous products”, the customer may resign from the goods purchased in our store without giving any reason within 14 days of receipt of shipment. According to Art. 38 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights
The possibility of return does not include products made to the individual customer’s order and made in other variants than the standard one, e.g. colour, size, etc. This is possible only if the goods do not bear traces of use, are complete and have not been damaged in any way. Returned goods should be sent back together with the invoice received with it. The shop guarantees the return of an amount equal to the price of the goods. The money will be returned within 7 working days by bank transfer to the account indicated by the recipient. The cost of sending back the goods is not refundable”.
VI. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content posted on the website at roomgaga.pl enjoy copyright protection and are the property of roomgaga.pl The recipient is fully responsible for damage caused to the Service Provider, resulting from the use of any content of roomgaga.pl, without the consent of the Service Provider. Any use by anyone, without the express written consent of the Service Provider, of any of the elements that make up the content and content of the site roomgaga.pl constitutes a violation of the copyright of the Service Provider and results in civil and criminal liability.
VII. FINAL PROVISIONS
Agreements concluded through the Site shall be concluded in accordance with Polish law. In the event of any part of the Terms and Conditions being inconsistent with the applicable law, the contested provision of the Terms and Conditions shall be replaced by the applicable provisions of Polish law.
